On October 13, 2023, I will be participating in my school's Run for Education. I will be running, walking, skipping and/or dancing to see how many laps I can complete in a 40-minute period. This event is so much fun! We have a DJ that plays great music and keeps us motivated and a sweet treat will be distributed to each group after we have worked so hard. I get to be outside with my friends and teachers. Not only is this event fun but it helps MY school and MY teachers directly.

The funds raised go into the school budget and will be used to purchase new academic materials to support my learning! In addition, $1,500 of this year’s proceeds will go towards school financial aid assistance.
